Luigui Sánchez Soca is a Research & Operations Analyst at Dusk Group, where he supports the firm’s investment sales platform through market research, property analysis, data management, and technology.
With a strong background in data and technology, Luigui plays an important role in how Dusk Group identifies, analyzes, and tracks real estate opportunities. He conducts property and ownership research, assists with underwriting and market analysis, and works closely with the firm’s advisors to organize and interpret the information needed to evaluate properties and better serve clients.
Luigui has also been instrumental in developing and maintaining Dusk Group’s proprietary CRM and research infrastructure. He helped design a centralized system that organizes more than 100,000 property, ownership, investor, and industry records, allowing the team to better understand ownership patterns, acquisition activity, market trends, and potential opportunities.
As he continues to build his career in commercial real estate, Luigui is expanding his experience in investment sales, underwriting, and property-level analysis while pursuing his New York State real estate salesperson license.
Luigui is currently studying Economics at Borough of Manhattan Community College and is fluent in English and Spanish.
