Roman brings a distinctive combination of healthcare experience and real estate expertise to his role at Dusk Group. He earned his degree in Biological Sciences with a minor in Sociology from Fordham University before completing his Master’s at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing and becoming a registered nurse.
His clinical background gives Roman a unique perspective when advising healthcare professionals, business owners, and investors, particularly when evaluating the operational, functional, and space requirements of medical and professional properties.
At Dusk Group, Roman focuses on commercial real estate throughout New York City, with a particular emphasis on Washington Heights, Midwood, and Woodside. He works with first-time commercial property owners, experienced investors, physicians, medical practices, and business owners on the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial condominiums, medical offices, professional spaces, and other commercial properties.
Roman combines a detail-oriented approach with a strong understanding of his clients’ objectives, helping them evaluate opportunities and make informed real estate decisions with both their immediate needs and long-term goals in mind.
He is fluent in English and Russian.
