Ryan is a licensed real estate salesperson, raised in Westchester, New York and now based in Manhattan. He focuses on commercial real estate investment sales and rentals, drawing on an extensive network of global buyers and sellers alongside market data research and capital sources.
Ryan is a very energetic and hard-working professional and enjoys collaborating with the Dusk team in support of his clients' needs with a high level of trust and integrity. He is an exceptionally dedicated, results-focused partner in the pursuit of his clients' goals.
Ryan is a Business school graduate of Tulane University with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Development — an intensive program focused on real estate finance, market analysis, private equity, and sustainable urban development. In 2019 he won first place in the Urban Land Institute's UrbanPlan Sustainable Development competition, and in 2020 he was a Burkenroad Scholar, providing strategic consulting to the financial management of a Lafayette-based healthcare company.
He is also Founder and Co-President of Summit Social Media, Inc., a social media management firm focused on spreading the message of various motivational speakers, and Director of Operations at Stealth Consulting Management Inc., with a core focus on business development and investor relations.
Alongside his real estate work, Ryan is passionate about social media marketing platforms, sustainable clean energy development, alternative currency trading and investment, basketball, and a wide variety of philanthropic projects. At Tulane he was an active member of Sigma Phi Epsilon.
