Uriel Setareh is the Co-Founder of Dusk Group, where he advises property owners, investors, and developers on the acquisition and disposition of commercial and multifamily real estate.
Uriel approaches brokerage with an investor’s mindset, combining underwriting, market analysis, negotiation, and relationship-building to help clients make informed real estate decisions. He believes the strongest transactions begin with understanding a client’s objectives—not simply marketing a property—and has built his career around developing long-term relationships with owners and investors.
Uriel began his real estate career in 2015, initially specializing in high-end residential leasing before transitioning into investment sales. In 2017, he joined the Darouvar Team at VCPRE, where his role quickly expanded beyond traditional brokerage. He helped build the team’s infrastructure and client relationship systems, recruited and trained 11 agents, secured exclusive assignments, and participated in numerous investment sales transactions.
His experience has also extended beyond traditional brokerage, including serving as COO of a prop-tech startup and working across business development, operations, and transaction strategy. This broader background has shaped the entrepreneurial and analytical approach he brings to Dusk Group today.
Uriel graduated from Queens College, where he received the Vasiliki Tsilas Prize for highest achievement in Middle Eastern history. During his time at Queens College, he also served in student government and as Philanthropy Chair of Alpha Epsilon Pi.
Uriel speaks English and Farsi and has a working knowledge of Hebrew.
